Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is hiring a Retail Account Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Germany. Responsibilities Lead generation, follow‑up, and deal closure with key System Integrators and large customers with a strong focus on retail accounts Develop account and regional sales plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements as required Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities Achieve quarterly and annually billing and revenue targets for defined territory Prospect, identify and develop potential customers including building long‑term relationships Work closely with marketing & product management to establish successful support, channel and partner programs Deliver tailored product presentations, application studies, financial justifications and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of Hexagon products and services Education / Qualifications Shell-year of demonstrated track record selling enterprise software inբ one or more of the following domains: Physical Security/Incident Management (PSIM), Security software or operational software (e.g., ERP) Vertical sales experience to retail customers would be an advantage Demonstrated skills in strategic account development in large complex customers Demonstrated skills/knowledge/understanding of operational business processes beyond the technology focus Utilized commercial and solution selling capabilities Develop relationships and bring value to C‑suite or VP level customers Self‑motivated, independent, results‑driven and team player, that continuously meets or over‑achieves goals Initiates superior collaboration and cross‑company dynamics Ability to assess situations efficiently and effectively, applying experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks and goals Demonstrates personable, articulate, knowledgeable, diplomatic style Attention to detail and ability to gather complete and accurate information in varying complexity contexts Ability to travel through Europe and internationally as required Proficient in MS‑Office and Salesforce (or similar program) BSc or BA degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent; MBA – Preferred Fluent in German & English, optional French About Hexagon Hexagon is the global leader in enterprise software, empowering organizations to build a safer, more sustainable and efficient future.
