Your Contribution Take end‑to‑end ownership of complex transformation projects‑covering planning, execution, stabilization, and handover‑across organizational transformations, consolidation or restructuring of development and product teams, operating model optimization, and integration of cross‑country or cross‑unit structures. Establish and continuously evolve clear project structures covering scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources; ensure transparent reporting of progress, issues, and outcomes. Drive stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Regulatory functions within an international matrix environment. Surface regulatory, compliance, and operational risks early and ensure they are consistently reflected in project plans and decision‑making. Prepare decision papers, steering materials, and escalation topics for program and executive‑level governance. Actively drive change adoption to embed new structures, processes, and ways of working sustainably. Your Profile Several years of experience managing complex, organization‑changing projects in international software or technology environments, ideally within regulated industries. Proven experience delivering reorganization, transformation or integration initiatives. Strong structuring and analytical skills with the ability to operate under pressure. Experience leading in matrix organizations without formal authority. Strong knowledge of modern project delivery approaches (agile, hybrid or classical). Excellent communication skills in English at senior management level.
