We're a fast-moving, early-stage AI startup (just 5 months in) on a mission to redefine enterprise generative AI. We’ve got the spark, the vision, and relentless drive! Now we’re looking for a technical co-founder to lead our AI efforts and help shape the future with us.
Who You Are
* AI Innovator – You have a deep technical background and a track record of building and scaling AI systems that solve meaningful problems.
* LLM Expert – You bring hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and inferencing at scale.
* HPC Technologist – You understand high-performance computing and have built systems that can support distributed training and inference workloads.
* Python Powerhouse – You're highly proficient in Python (and other languages such as TypeScript) and its modern AI/ML ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, vLLM, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph).
* Visionary Leader – You stay ahead of the curve, constantly exploring the edge of what’s possible in generative AI, privacy-preserving ML, and distributed AI architectures.
* System Architect – You’re comfortable designing robust, scalable AI infrastructures—from cloud-native platforms to on-prem or hybrid environments.
* Natural Evangelist – You thrive on sharing ideas, inspiring others, and contributing to the broader AI and open-source communities.
* True Builder – You’re energized by early-stage chaos, ambiguity, and the opportunity to build transformative technology from zero to one.
What You’ll Do
* Architect and lead the development of privacy-first, scalable generative AI systems.
* Own the end-to-end AI/ML stack, including model development, LLM optimization, inferencing pipelines, and infrastructure.
* Implement and optimize high-performance computing workflows and distributed training strategies.
* Write clean, scalable code in Python and lead code reviews to ensure best-in-class engineering practices.
* Define and execute our technical roadmap, from MVP to enterprise-grade production.
* Represent the company at AI conferences, open-source initiatives, and thought leadership forums.
* Collaborate directly with the other founders in the team on company direction, product vision, and technical hiring.

Important : you should be based in the EU or Switzerland and be ready for some travel to our HQ in Munich, Germany or elsewhere. We speak English so do you.
