KG Organization SE CFO Business Unit Grid Technologies Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Early Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As Commercial Sales Manager in our collaborative and versatile Global Sales Operations team your day is dynamic and impactful. You work on exciting and challenging opportunities of our broad range of Grid Technologies Customers, and drive our sales strategy into action. You negotiate the commercial and legal terms and conditions of highly complex global customer contracts, develop new business models, drive co-creation with our customers and develop and lead internal financial projects to enhance operational excellence.By the end of the day, you will have made meaningful contributions to our customers around the globe and to our larger Finance Sales Organization.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. For assigned global customers, monitor and analyze financial Sales KPIs, identify deviations, and proactively drive corrective actions
2. Identify, manage and mitigate commercial topics of global frame agreements, including but not limited to legal aspects, currency, financial securities, terms of payment, insurances, export control, and compliance
3. Participate in negotiations of commercial and legal customer terms & conditions, ensuring compliance with guidelines and approvals
4. Actively drive relationship management with customers as well as internal and external partners and actively seek opportunities outside your comfort zone for example by prototyping and co-creation of business models
5. Lead and support financial sales initiatives or projects, driving digitalization, implementation of new external requirements or change projects and take responsibility for global roll-outs and trainings
What You Bring
6. University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Business Law or a related field
7. First professional experience and in commercial bid / sales and / or commercial project management
8. Ability to connect and integrate perspectives in a cross-functional and cross-organizational structure at all levels; comfortable working with virtual international teams
9. Hands-on attitude to successfully manage the full scope of financial and commercial activities
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in business-fluent English, with the ability to present results to management.
