Job Description
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale physical security projects for industrial facilities, semiconductor fabs, and data centers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects covering Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance (VMS / CCTV), Intrusion Detection Systems, and Perimeter Security Solutions.
* Manage end-to-end project execution including scope definition, planning, coordination, budgets, risk mitigation, and delivery, ensuring security systems meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate system integration with IT, Building Automation, and other facility systems, ensuring interoperability and cybersecurity.
* Act as the primary technical and project interface for security systems and validate system architectures, technical documentation, and implementation concepts.
* Coordinate internal teams, external contractors, system integrators, and consultants.
* Lead testing, commissioning, acceptance, documentation, training, handover, and support audits/compliance checks.
Qualifications
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
* At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager for physical security and access control systems.
* Proven track record delivering large-scale security projects and experience working with tier-1 security platforms such as Bosch, Axis, Vivotek and TYCO / Johnson Controls.
* Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, and perimeter security, with ability to read and validate technical drawings.
* Familiarity with European security and safety standards is a strong advantage.
* Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
