What You Will Do
1. Develop insightful perspectives on the electrification ecosystem, translating market trends into actionable product line strategies.
2. Execute short-term strategies for market and revenue growth, while formulating a long-term strategic vision for the next 5-10 years.
3. Oversee the product roadmap and development opportunities, providing prioritized guidance to the development team.
4. Define, execute, and manage the pricing strategy, P&L, and manufacturing footprint for the product portfolio, including competitive pricing analysis.
5. Collaborate with suppliers, ecosystem partners, and manufacturing plants to optimize the value chain, drive cost reduction efforts, capacity planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
6. Oversee marketing and branding initiatives for the entire segment, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
7. Design and deliver technical product training and develop comprehensive brochures to support the global sales team and customers.
8. Develop and implement growth and market penetration strategies for underdeveloped customers and markets.
9. Engage with customers to develop specifications and technical requirements, guiding the creation of new products, product variants, and improvements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
10. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
11. Minimum of 7years of experience in product development, product managementwithin the automotive or electrification industry
12. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from inception to completion
13. Expertise in managing product roadmaps, lifecycle, portfolio management activities, and defining pricing strategies, P&L, and manufacturing footprints
14. Strong understanding of the electrification ecosystem, including technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape
