🌍 Your Role: Global Strategic Accounts Manager
As the Global Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key account customers in the Food & Beverage (F&B) market. This role is all about creating and implementing account strategies to boost visibility and revenue, monitoring performance metrics, influencing decision-makers, and fostering strong relationships to ensure customer-centric solutions and long-term partnerships.
This position reports to the Global Strategic Accounts Leader and is part of the Global Strategic Accounts sales team. Please note, this is an on-site role.
✨ In This Role, You Will Have the Opportunity To:
* Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Engage with key account customers in the F&B market by conducting thorough market analysis and leveraging industry insights to drive expansion.
* Develop and Sustain Relationships: Regularly connect with executives and decision-makers to understand their future strategies and needs, positioning Pall F&B as a trusted advisor for long-term partnerships.
* Create and Implement Account Strategies: Design detailed plans aimed at increasing visibility and revenue share at key accounts, ensuring alignment with Pall Corporation's business goals.
* Collaborate on Tailored Solutions: Work with internal teams to design customer-centric solutions and craft commercial proposals through value-based selling techniques.
* Facilitate Seamless Communication: Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and the best solutions are provided.
🔑 Essential Requirements:
* A strong and demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets, particularly in large key account management or a similar role.
* A solid understanding of the F&B, life sciences, or biotechnology industry, with insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.
* Exceptional negotiation and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement effective sales plans, secure advantageous contracts, and efficiently resolve issues.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
* The ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight).
