About the position As HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the strategic alignment of HR initiatives and the successful implementation of company-wide changes. You will advise managers and teams in your region and actively contribute to the development of a high-performing culture. Your tasks: You will work closely with management to effectively align HR strategies with business objectives You will advise managers on topics such as talent management, organizational development and employee retention You will accompany change processes and provide support in the communication, implementation and analysis of change initiatives (including integration post-merger) You will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters, including conflict issues You will identify potential, design development measures and accompany performance and feedback processes Together with your team you will be responsible for administrative HR tasks, e.g. contract management, reporting and process documentation You will ensure compliance with legal and internal HR guidelines Your profile: Degree in human resources management, psychology, economics or similar Several years of professional experience in an HR generalist or business partner role, ideally with consulting experience In-depth knowledge of change management and supporting change processes Strong consulting and communication skills Knowledge of labour law and confident handling of HR guidelines Analytical thinking, strategic judgement and strong social skills Integrity, conflict resolution skills and persuasiveness
