Job Overview
This role leads the S4HANA Program work stream through all SAP Activate phases.
A successful candidate must have several years of professional experience in SAP process/project management, particularly with WM/PM modules.
* Main Responsibilities
* Lead and steer the program through all SAP Activate phases.
* Module ownership, particularly for SAP WM/PM: business process definition, documentation, planning, testing, and rollout support.
* Prepare sprint planning and align review dates with the module team.
* Monitor progress and maintain backlogs in JIRA.
* Manage stakeholder expectations regarding the S4HANA program.
* Conduct continuous gap analysis to identify the need for system adjustments and/or user training.
* Organize and coordinate user support in sales, logistics, and production. Ticket support. Management of roles and access rights.
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a degree in Information Technology or Business Administration/Economics with an IT focus.
* Key Requirements
* M.Sc. or equivalent in IT or Business Administration/Economics.
* Several years of professional experience in SAP process/project management, particularly with WM/PM modules.
* Proven goal-oriented and structured project management skills in complex environments.
* Entrepreneurial spirit: ability to move projects from concept to implementation.
* Skills to create, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes.
* Ability to positively cope with change and lead transformational processes.
* Effective communication in English (written & spoken), with strong intercultural and interpersonal skills.
