Internal Audithelps to improve the overall success of Siemens Healthineers operations and processes and provides independent, factual, unbiased assurance to the Managing Board and Audit Committee. As a business partner to Siemens Healthineers executive management, we leverage our expertise in a wide range of topics in order to create impact that drives change with
improved financial results. You will work on different assurance engagements for various internal clients globally. The hands-on international exposure, in-depth view into Siemens Healthineers operations, and networking opportunities are key elements in taking the next step in your career and assume a significant role in a corporate environment.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement audit programsby designing, enhancing, and executing methodologies to effectively identify and address risks in financial and business areas.
2. Analyze audit methods and ensure qualityby evaluating existing approaches, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing measures to enhance audit quality.
3. Drive digitalization and efficiencythrough the use of data analytics, automated audit procedures, and digital tools.
4. Collaborate with departments and communicate with stakeholders, especially Controlling, Accounting, and Compliance, and present results in a target group-oriented manner to management and other stakeholders.
5. Reporting and follow-up on actionsby preparing meaningful audit reports and supporting the implementation of measures to mitigate risks.
Your qualifications and experience:
6. You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field.
7. You have several years of professional experience in internal audit, controlling, accounting, or financial analysis—ideally in an international corporate environment—or extensive experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm.
8. Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal control systems is an advantage.
9. You are experienced in working with digital tools and data analytics and are motivated to actively integrate them into your daily work - including the use of technologies such as generative AI to support audit processes and increase efficiency.
10. Project management skills are a plus, especially for the structured and goal-oriented execution of complex tasks.

11. You are confident in preparing and delivering compelling management presentations and communications, and you use these skills effectively in stakeholder discussions and when leading management meetings.
12. You demonstrate a high level of initiative and confidence in engaging with various stakeholders.
13. You are characterized by a strong willingness to learn and curiosity - you continuously expand your knowledge and bring fresh ideas to the team and the organization.
14. Clear and audience-appropriate communication, especially with management, is one of your strengths. You are able to present complex financial matters in a clear and understandable way.
15. Strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex financial data, identify irregularities, and develop well-founded solutions.
16. You are fluent in English, as all audits at Siemens Healthineers are conducted exclusively in English. Ideally, you also speak German and/or another language.
17. You are willing to travel internationally (up to 30%) to fulfill your audit responsibilities worldwide.
