Bid / Project Manager – Training Solutions
📍 Location: Hamburg / 50 % home office
We are currently looking for an experienced Bid / Project Manager to join an international environment, focusing on the design and delivery of complex training solutions within a technical, ideally military, context.
🚀 Your Responsibilities:
* Lead proposal and tender projects in the training domain
* Design and further develop training product lines
* Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Coordinate internal teams and collaborate with external suppliers
* Prepare budgets based on technical specifications and define work packages
* Participate in subcontractor selection and contract negotiations
* Identify, design, and optimize business processes (BPM)
* Contribute to the delivery of integrated product support (IPS) solutions
🎯 Your Profile:
* Experience with training concepts in a technical or military environment
* Background in bid management and/or project management
* Strong combination of technical understanding and business mindset
* Experience in creating technical specifications and budgets
* Fluent in German and English
* Structured, independent working style with strong attention to quality
* Team-oriented mindset
* 50 % home office
