We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Proxy Product Owner" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
1. Ensuring that the product vision is clearly communicated to the development team
2. Managing the product backlog, adding, prioritizing, and refining user stories
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporating feedback into the product backlog
4. Leading the Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
5. Ensuring that the development team is delivering high-quality products in a timely manner
6. Monitoring the progress of development and communicating any issues or concerns to the Product Owner and to our team
7. Reporting progress status on a regular basis to the Portfolio Manager
8. Supporting the Demand manager in demand formalization
9. Contributing to preparation & providing additional context on demands during Cluster priority backlog meetings
Your profile:
10. Completed studies in the field of computer science, engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
11. More than 4 years of professional experience in the field of interface Management and Computer science
12. More than three years of professional experience in the field of Stakeholder Management
13. More than one Lear of professional experience in the field of Product development
14. Very good knowledge of Agile methods
15. Good knowledge in project Management
16. Good knowledge of Java, Python and SQL
17. Knowledge of Google Workspace
18. Fluent in English and German
