Lead and support international HR projects (e.g., project Elevate, process optimization, transformation, and synergy initiatives), contributing to the implementation of strategic HR topics. Collaborate on cross-functional and project-related tasks, considering global and local business needs. Support global HR processes (e.g., performance management, talent reviews), and contribute to the rollout of new HR tools and initiatives. Provide guidance on compensation matters, including job classifications, reclassifications, and salary adjustments. Manage individual personnel cases such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and mobility assignments. Coordinate and implement personnel appraisals, organizational changes, and workforce adjustments. ANFORDERUNGEN Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international and matrixed organization. Strong project management skills, with hands-on experience in organizational transformation and change management. Solid knowledge of individual and collective labor law. Self-driven and proactive approach with a high level of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with intercultural awareness and sensitivity. Ability to collaborate effectively across all hierarchical levels and functional areas. Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
