Project Sales Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead our deal teams in sales transactions involving onshore wind, PV projects, and battery storage systems (BESS) across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage deal teams to drive sales transactions to closure.
* Conduct market soundings, create teasers, and collaborate with internal experts and external consultants for thorough due diligence.
* Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements with strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to drive project sales and seize new opportunities. You will work closely with the team to identify and pursue business growth initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in business administration or engineering, ideally complemented by an MBA or CFA. A minimum of 3 years of transaction experience in the wind, PV, and BESS sectors is required, along with fluency in both German and English.
* A strong network in the European renewable energy landscape is essential.
* Advanced financial modeling skills, particularly in cash flow-based infrastructure investments, are necessary.
* Excellent communication and self-motivation skills, along with flexibility in a dynamic environment, are critical.
* Proficiency in an additional language is a welcome bonus.
