We are looking for a hands-on, committed person to join our well-established team in the Purchasing department:
1. You are responsible for the on-time procurement of production materials – with a view to quality, price and delivery reliability, actively participate in audits and also support your team during absences
2. You always keep an eye on delivery dates and proactively inform the relevant departments and stakeholders in the event of delays
3. Maintaining supplier and article data in the ERP system is part of your daily business
4. You also keep track of supplier evaluations, framework agreements and invoice checking
5. You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree and already have several years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in scheduling using ERP systems
6. You are confident and experienced with ERP systems, MS Office and Excel in particular
7. You also have a strong technical understanding and work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner
8. With your ability to work in a team and your good knowledge of German and English, you will be responsible for communicating with our internal and external contacts
