Your challenge We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner (all genders) with strong industry experience in eMobility and EV charging ecosystems. Plug & Charge is a core component of Hubject’s platform, enabling secure and seamless authentication between vehicles, chargers and service providers. They understand how complex mobility platforms operate — from authentication flows and backend interactions to OEM integrations and commercial product positioning. In this role, you will own and advance the Plug & Charge product, ensuring it supports real-world implementations across the ecosystem. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture and business stakeholders to advance the product technically while enabling scalable ecosystem integrations and viable business models. Define product requirements for secure certificate handling, operational scenarios and future functional improvements. Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on Plug & Charge functionality, authentication flows and relevant certificate lifecycle concepts. Lead product execution end-to-end with a delivery mindset, transforming strategy into backlog items, releases, and measurable product outcomes. Ensure operational readiness of Plug & Charge, including monitoring, incident handling, certificate lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of stability and SLAs. Contribute to the evolution of Plug & Charge as a scalable product offering, considering market requirements, ecosystem dynamics and business opportunities. Your Profile Experience: Several years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience in mobility, eMobility, automotive, energy or connected infrastructure. Experience working with complex technical platforms or ecosystem products involving multiple external partners or integrations. Familiarity with EV charging ecosystems, such as OEM integrations, charging infrastructure or mobility platforms. Exposure to authentication mechanisms, certificate-based processes or PKI-related concepts in applied environments is a strong advantage Skills & mindset: You are a hands-on Product Owner first — with technical understanding and strong delivery capabilities. Strong understanding of how certificate-based flows work in practice (e.g. issuance, renewal, validation, contract certificates). Proven ownership of product delivery and roadmap execution. Team-oriented personality with the ability to drive decisions and alignment.
