Build and own our international logistics backbone. Are you a logistics expert who thinks like a project manager? we deploy critical energy infrastructure to rural Senegal, remote parts of Africa, and emergency zones. We are now looking for a senior, digitally fluent logistics professional to take ownership of our global export and purchasing operations and to modernize them into a robust, scalable, fully digital logistics function.
Location: Pfullendorf, Germany | Start Date: Immediately | Type: Full-time (incl. International Travel)
In this dual-role, you are the backbone of our international operations. End-to-End Project Management: You maintain a "helicopter view" of the entire logistics chain, from supplier coordination to customs clearance to final delivery in Africa and other non-EU markets.
Process Engineering in Odoo: Logistics at OGE is fully digital. You work natively in ERP systems and take ownership of logistics-related data, workflows, and structure.
Complex Export & Customs: You lead the processing of sea and air freight, managing all export declarations, certificates of origin, and Letters of Credit (L/C) for African markets.
Strategic Purchasing: You negotiate with international suppliers and freight forwarders, optimizing costs and securing lead times for critical components.
On-Ground Problem Solving: You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. When a project hits a snag, you are willing to travel to our project sites or ports to resolve logistics bottlenecks in person.
We are explicitly looking for someone who knows international logistics and customs in practice, not in theory.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in international logistics, export, or supply chain management.
Customs Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Incoterms 2020, customs law, and the specific regulatory challenges of exporting to African nations.
Digital Mindset: You are fully comfortable working digitally and structurally in ERP systems. You think in workflows, data consistency, and automation—not spreadsheets and emails.
Business fluent in German and English is a must. (French is a plus).
You possess a tidy, structured working style and the flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
A key role with real responsibility in a company driving the global green energy transition.
Direct influence on how logistics is structured, digitized, and scaled.
