We're seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale installation programs. In this exciting position, you'll be the linchpin connecting complex supply chains with on-site delivery, directly contributing to the expansion of sustainable energy solutions and impacting countless users across various locations. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between equipment procurement and project completion, ensuring that vital components arrive precisely when needed and that all contractors operate within the highest safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Include:
**Supply Chain & Logistics Orchestration:**
* Track and manage delivery timelines for critical equipment, including high-voltage substations and various types of chargers.
* Coordinate with vendors post-Purchase Order issuance to align delivery schedules with on-site execution timelines.
* Proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks and potential delays.
* Maintain centralized tracking of equipment orders, delivery status, and installation readiness.
* Drive coordination between procurement, vendors, and site execution teams to ensure smooth material flow.
**Contractor Compliance & Safety Assurance:**
* Manage the end-to-end compliance process for all contractors and suppliers using a dedicated management platform.
* Verify supplier registration and compliance status within the system.
* Create and manage project/work requests within the compliance management platform.
* Coordinate Risk Assessment Method Statements submissions and Work Health and Safety reviews.
* Ensure worker-level compliance verification, including vendor compliance orientation and local inductions.
* Track contractor documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
* Liaise with procurement and Work Health and Safety teams to swiftly resolve any compliance blockers.
* Maintain comprehensive contractor oversight records and compliance documentation.
**Project Coordination & Documentation Excellence:**
* Support robust cross-functional coordination among procurement, execution teams, Environment Health and Safety, and vendors.
* Manage Purchase Order tracking, contract documentation, and compliance records.
* Provide regular, clear status updates on supply chain and compliance activities to all stakeholders.
* Maintain detailed project trackers for timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
* Support permit-to-work processes and site access coordination to keep projects on schedule.
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain coordination, project management, or contractor management.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated strong organizational and exceptional multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and various project tracking tools.
* Experience with compliance management systems.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Prior experience in electrical infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
* Familiarity with safety compliance processes and comprehensive contractor management.
* Experience thriving in a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment.
* Ability to travel 10-15% to various project sites for vendor coordination and site visits as needed.
