The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations, consistently pursuing a “Zero EHS Impact” philosophy.
How You Will Make an Impact:
* Ensuring safe, compliant, and disruption-free production processes
* Responsibility for production targets, quality, costs, and plant availability
* Leading and developing production staff and management
* Managing and optimizing production processes and resources
* Implementing and further developing lean and continuous improvement methods
* Ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Responsibility for budget planning and cost control
* Analyzing disruptions and conducting root cause analyses
* Close collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and other departments
* Member of the site leadership team and contributing to site strategy
Creating Extraordinary Starts With:
* Degree in engineering, chemistry, or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in production (ideally in the process industry)
* Strong leadership experience
* Knowledge of lean management, KPI control, and process optimization
* Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
* Structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Flexibility regarding working hours (including on-call duty)
* Very good English skills
