The Role
We are seeking an experienced SoftPOS Product Manager (m/f/d) who will own the strategic development, launch, and ongoing success of our SoftPOS solutions. Responsibilities
* Develop and continuously refine the SoftPOS strategy, including target segments, market positioning, and competitive analysis.
* Design and implement marketing campaigns to successfully position our SoftPOS offering.
* Define solution requirements, conduct user research, and prioritize new features and functionality.
* Partner with engineering, design, operations, and other teams to build and iteratively improve innovative SoftPOS solutions.
* Coordinate and oversee external service providers across the entire SoftPOS value chain.
* Work closely with Sales to drive adoption and revenue for our SoftPOS products.
* Ensure merchants receive the support they need to get maximum value from our solutions.
Requirements
* Several years of product management experience—ideally in payments or POS—with strong knowledge of SoftPOS and/or e-commerce ecosystems.
* Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
* Proven track record launching and selling software solutions.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven analytics tools.
* Fluent communication skills in German and English.
