The Role
As Product Manager, you will own the strategic evolution of our platform's core CRM features, serve as the primary voice of the customer, and translate complex technical possibilities into clear business value. You’ll work closely with enterprise accounts in Germany and France while collaborating daily with distributed engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver outcomes that delight key accounts and win new ones.
Responsibilities
* Define and own the product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
* Lead RFP & tender responses — act as subject-matter expert for technical and functional questions, particularly in French and German procurement processes.
* Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
* Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
* Prioritize backlog and make trade-offs between scope, quality, and time.
* Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; drive continuous improvements.
* Serve as a product evangelist, internally and externally, articulating product value and strategy.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in product management and leadership in a B2B SaaS or software environment.
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or similar) is desirable.
* Solid understanding of modern cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, micro-services, REST APIs).
* Exposure to data-visualization or AI/ML products.
* Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or FinOps.
Personal Skills
* Fluency in English, verbal and written.
* Strategic thinking skills and putting these skills into motion e.g. SWOT Analysis is the most essential ability for this position.
* Following the company vision, you have the talent to define and build product roadmaps, efficiently assign resources, and ensure that the product is shipped as planned.
* Strong ability to prioritize projects, features and tasks.
* Knowledge about how to collect, read, interpret and use data appropriately.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Ability to forecast and measure the product development progress.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
