Clearly define the sequence, time nodes, and production volume targets of production tasks. Monitor the production progress in real - time, effectively schedule the production process, adjust the allocation of resources such as personnel and equipment in a timely manner, and resolve sudden issues during production to ensure the continuity and stability of production and the on - time delivery of orders. Analyze the various cost components in the production process. Reduce production costs by optimizing the production process, rationally arranging the use of production personnel and equipment, and controlling raw material losses. Conduct accurate accounting and analysis of production expenses, formulate cost control plans and measures, improve production efficiency and economic benefits, and enhance the market competitiveness of products. Develop and implement strict safety production rules and operating procedures, organize safety training and emergency drills, and improve employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities. Regularly inspect and identify potential safety hazards in the production site, eliminate unsafe factors in a timely manner, prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, and ensure the safety of employees' lives and physical health. Establish a sound equipment management system. Be responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, and the formulation and implementation of regular overhaul plans for production equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment, improve its service life and reliability. Communicate with the sales department to understand customer needs and market trends, and adjust the production plan accordingly. Work with the R & D department to participate in the research and development and trial production of new products, and provide technical support and feasibility suggestions in terms of production. Basic skills requirement: A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, chemical machinery, etc. Have 8 - 10 years or more of production management experience in the pump head and valve production industry or related machinery manufacturing industries. Those with work experience in German companies or international enterprises are preferred. Be proficient in the production technology and processes of pump heads and valves, and be familiar with the operation, maintenance, and management of relevant production equipment. Master quality management systems and methods, such as ISO9001 and other quality management standards, and have the ability to control and improve quality. Be familiar with production cost accounting and control methods, and be able to use management tools such as Lean Production and Six Sigma to optimize the production process and reduce costs. Have certain mechanical design and R & D capabilities, and be able to participate in the research and development of new products and process improvements. Be fluent in German and English.
