Senior Staff Test Development Engineer
As a Senior Staff Test Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing production test programs for integrated circuits. This role involves ensuring high quality in the automotive market while optimizing test costs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing production test programs for integrated circuits;
* Ensuring high quality for the automotive market in consideration of cost of test;
* Leveraging your technical expertise to lead small teams of engineers and actively share knowledge across the organization.
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A completed university degree or technical college degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science;
* More than 8 years of experience in microelectronics development in a company in the semiconductor industry (preferably in the field of test development);
* Experience in the technical management of small engineering teams;
* Deep knowledge of programming ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) for testing microelectronic circuits, ideally on Advantest T2000;
* Very good programming skills in C, C++, and script languages;
* Safe handling of measuring devices (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope);
* Very good knowledge of circuit technology and PCB design;
* Good knowledge of statistics;
* Very confident in using MS Office (especially Excel);
* Good written and spoken English skills;
* Ability to work in a team;
* Problem-solving ability.
