We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager who will drive commercial growth by managing strategic client relationships and positioning Eurofins as the preferred testing partner for medical device manufacturers. You will join our Medical Device Testing team located in Planegg near Munich.
Job Description
As Senior Account Manager you will:
* Own the commercial relationship with strategic accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all testing-related needs
* Drive account development through structured planning, stakeholder mapping, and proactive engagement
* Translate client challenges into tailored testing solutions, leveraging Eurofins’ full capability portfolio
* Lead client-facing feasibility sessions, workshops, and negotiations with confidence and clarity
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction, without micromanaging execution
* Maintain CRM discipline as a reflection of strategic thinking, not administrative compliance
* Represent Eurofins externally with credibility: at conferences, webinars, and industry forums
Qualifications
Must have:
* Formal degree not required; proven commercial success and domain understanding are valued over degrees.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
* Experience in agile, fast-paced commercial environments with cross-functional collaboration.
* Exposure to digital health, MedTech innovation, or data-driven sales approaches.
* Strong commercial acumen: ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions, understand margin dynamics, navigate complex pricing structures, and influence decision-making across stakeholder levels.
* Willingness for regular travel within the target region
* Language Requirements: German and English C1/C2.
Nice to have:
* Advanced degree or certification in regulatory affairs, MedTech, or business strategy
* Knowledge of GLP/GMP environments and testing workflows

* Consultative selling with a solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent stakeholder management across technical, commercial, and executive levels
* Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
