📍 Location: Frankfurt am Main or hybrid (Germany)

Your Responsibilities:
🤝 Build and grow relationships with institutional clients such as asset managers, retail banks, neobrokers, and hedge funds
📊 Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand client base and trading volume
🔍 Stay on top of market trends and client needs within the digital asset and DeFi ecosystem
📈 Coordinate internally with trading, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality service
🧠 Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Your Profile:
✅ Proven track record in institutional sales
✅ Understanding of digital assets, tokenization, and crypto markets
✅ Confident communicator with a consultative sales mindset
✅ Fluent in English (German is a plus)
✅ Experience working in capital markets
