Edenred designs and markets its range of programs and services along three families of solutions:
Employee Benefits (63% of revenue; +19.5% organic growth p.a.): solutions for companies to offer their employees benefits in food, childcare, transportation, healthcare, human services.
Mobility solutions (25% of revenue; +16.2% organic growth p.a.): easy-to-use solutions to cover all of a company’s needs for Fleet & Mobility Solutions, especially optimizing the costs incurred by vehicle fleets (fuel cards, toll and maintenance solutions).
Complementary solutions (12%; +10.6% organic growth p.a.): offering payment systems using virtual card technology.

Following the acquisition of several companies across Europe since 2015 (UTA based in Germany with activities across Europe, LCCC in France, TRFC in UK, EBV in Lithuania, Spirii in Denmark), Edenred Mobility EMEA became a leading fintech in the mobility industry in Europe through its fuel, EV-charging, toll, parking, maintenance and other mobility solutions for companies and employees .
In Europe, a market with huge potential, Edenred Mobility EMEA activity has succeeded historically through business excellence in sales, marketing, M&A, FinTech and is convinced innovations around digital payment, sustainable solutions (with a strong focus on electric vehicles), data powered services and new driving technologies will be the key engine of its ambitious growth targets for the coming 5 years.
Edenred Mobility EMEA is conducting a Transformation Program (‘Summit’) with a dedicated team of 100 product, tech, change, project management and migration people in charge of renewing our products and tech platforms across European countries.
Position Key Responsibilities
As part of the EMEA Product team, the Product Manager is responsible for building great products at the core of our services by effectively leading all stakeholders.
* Develop and execute our EMEA Mobility Product Strategy for Edenred Mobility business line
* Define and contribute to the EMEA Mobility Product Vision
* Design the product roadmap for this business area and ensure alignment with business goals
* Collaborate and manage effectively with internal stakeholders and build strong relationships, especially sales, partnerships, customer excellence, pricing and finance
* Close exchange with engineering. Manage expectations and communications towards customers about availability of features, knowing usual development and resource restrictions.
* Prioritize product roadmap and solutions to maximize business impact at lowest development cost
* Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration. Review existing products how to improve and upgrade or decide to decommission them
* Deliver high quality and precise product specifications through strong collaboration with business, tech and product design teams
* Manage the collaboration of multiple tech teams, give clear understanding and guidance what is needed and make sure that no uncertainties remain, everything is crystal clear and everybody knows exactly what to do. Work closely with Business Analysts and Tech Leads to manage delivery. Be an owner of the quality of what they are building
* Communicate to all stakeholders proactively, especially sales and customer excellence any releases or updates which have a customer impact, prepare a comprehensive communication and marketing campaign together with the marketing department for your products
* Communicate transparently companywide on the milestones achieved
* Manage any obstacles or unforeseen deviations proactively and transparent, making sure to anticipate as early as possible counter measurements or alternative solutions. You see it as your personal responsibility to find solutions and to make sure committed goals are met. You are results-driven and solution-oriented, you make sure to find a way
* If pressure gets high, you stay focused and try to stay calm. In case you are feeling overwhelmed, you are open-minded and ask your team and colleagues to find solutions or for help
* You are used to find pragmatic, creative solutions instead of just pushing harder if things do not work out as planned
* You train all stakeholders in the markets like customer excellence and sales about your new product or any improvements you are going to launch
* Your PM job is to drive an idea to the precise shaping, in-time development to the final product launch with extensive go-to-market communication in all European markets
* Conduct market and user research, identify opportunities, prioritize feature development
* Your approach is customer-centered and driven by the needs of the market. You don’t hesitate to contact customers and drivers directly to gain insights. You create and demonstrate a strong understanding of users’ and customers’ needs
* Decisions are data-driven and fact-based. You monitor and optimize results through data analysis and user feedback; iterate and improve. While backing your decisions on data, you have pragmatic, can-do mind-set
* Be accountable of results to achieve with a positive mindset, finding solutions efficiently and making concrete decisions to move forward
* Be a team player within the organization and within a cross-European product organization

Required skills & profile
* 3-5 years work experience in a similar product management function in an inovative company (startup, scale-up, or any tech-driven company)
* Mobility experience, ideally in an innovative area, like in an EV company, fleet management software company, etc.
* Education: Master or Bacherlor’s degree in Business Administration or similar, potentially also Industrial Engineering or Information Technology but with a strong business connection
* Proficiency in the use of: -
