Objective
As a production employee (M/F/D), you will make a significant contribution to the timely, quality- and efficiency-oriented manufacture of our products. You will ensure smooth production processes and make an important contribution to achieving our corporate goals through careful working methods and teamwork.
Main Responsibilities
1. Operation and continuous monitoring of production facilities in accordance with applicable
2. work instructions
3. Immediate reporting of malfunctions and deviations to the responsible manager
4. Monitoring of product quality and quantity based on specified characteristics, as well as performing worker self-checks and participating in quality training
5. Performing all activities necessary for manufacturing with careful, safe, and cost-conscious use of tools and materials
6. Sorting out defective products from ongoing production and proper
7. labeling according to specified criteria
8. Immediate reporting of quality deviations to upstream and downstream production areas
9. Complete documentation of all activities using specified forms and entries in the system
10. Transfer of all relevant information to subsequent plant operators to ensure a
smooth production process
Position Requirements
11. Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and, if necessary, in a 4-shift system
12. High degree of flexibility, strong commitment, and ability to work under pressure
13. Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

14. Valid forklift license is an advantage
