About the job The role designed for you: We have an excellent opportunity for 2 professionals with experience in sales B2B to be included as a Sales Manager in our Sales force team for the Self Adhesives Business Unit, in its particular rolls division. In this role, based in Germany (1 in the South of Germany, 1 wherever in Germany), you will report to Central Europe Sales Director. You will have to interface with an already consolidated client package, and you will also carry out business development activities. You will manage and develop the current client portfolio You will increase sales, contribution margin, skus, product ranges and share of wallet of the current clients You will actively develop the growth of our Specialty product range for applications like Wine&Spirits, Pharma, Durables and Industrial labels You will bring new clients to Fedrigoni You will act as partner of choice with customers, supporting them to identify solutions to their need through our self-adhesive solutions You will build long-term broad relationships with accounts You will pivot inside the organization to provide distinctive service level to our clients You will contribute to deploy the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium-term results, tailor making it to the local market The attitudes and skills we’re looking for: You have proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customers’ accounts You have demonstrated track record of working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.) You show commercial attitude and strong customer orientation You’ve demonstrated strong analytical skills, with ability to develop different insights on the market/business You possess previous experience in B2B sectors giving service to our end consumers (wine industry, cosmetic industry, household and personal care industry & food industry) will be considered a plus. You have previous experience in the world of self-adhesives labels, in packaging industry, printing industry or any other sector giving service to printers (inks, cold & hot foil, die cutting plates,…) will be considered a plus. You are highly energized with a team worked approach & excellent communication and people and people skills. You are native German speaker and English fluent in writing and speaking. Other additional languages like Spanish or Italian will be considered as a plus.
