Tasks
* As an IT Product Owner in the Self Service Portal area, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a product vision and strategy in close coordination with the specialist departments and IT
* You will also be responsible for prioritizing requirements and features, taking into account business value, technical feasibility and application standards
* You will also be responsible for analyzing and evaluating technical requirements based on the target business process
* You continuously evaluate and manage further development in the area of conflict between individual departmental requirements and the overarching application standard
* You promote standardization and reusability within the application landscape
* You also work closely with internal stakeholders (business departments, IT, architecture, operations) to ensure a common understanding
* Moderating workshops and reviews for continuous coordination and feedback collection are also part of your tasks
* Responsibility for the technical approval of developments and releases
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements rounds off your job profile
Requirements
* You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration with an IT focus or a comparable qualification
* You also have a deep understanding of business processes and their mapping in IT systems
* You also have experience in requirements engineering and agile product management
* You have knowledge of application architecture and IT standards as well as experience with common tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN modeling
* Strong communication and moderation skills, a high degree of personal responsibility and decisiveness, the ability to prioritize, the ability to work in a team and a willingness to cooperate characterize your personality
* You also have several years of professional experience in the role of product owner, business analyst or project manager in an IT environment
* In addition, you ideally have certifications such as Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), IREB CPRE or PMI-PBA
