Area Sales Manager – Benelux

Your Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales and profit targets within your territory.
* Maintain and grow customer relationships while acquiring new clients.
* Plan and conduct customer visits efficiently.
* Advise customers on GCE products and conduct sales negotiations.
* Manage order processing in close collaboration with internal teams.
* Deliver presentations and represent GCE at trade shows and exhibitions.
* Prepare offers, follow up on projects, and support budget planning.
* Conduct market and competitor analyses and share insights with sales management.
* Document all activities in the CRM system and participate in trainings and field meetings.
What we are looking for:
* Experience: Several years in field sales, ideally in B2B technical products.
* Skills: Strong customer relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial equipment or related technologies.
* Languages: Local language + English + German
* Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently; valid driver's license required.
* Soft Skills: Time management, initiative, empathy, self-confidence, and critical thinking.
Desirable:
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Experience in industrial gas control, welding, or related markets.
* University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
