Stellenbeschreibung
* Integration and instrumentation of wind tunnel models, including mechanical and electromechanical components, sensor integration and strain gage application
* Support of model and calibration assembly concept generation in coordination with internal and external aerodynamics stakeholders
* Maintenance, repair and support of wind tunnel models, measurement technology and data acquisition systems
* Assistance to measurement technology, electronics and wind tunnel engineers during laboratory activities, test preparation and wind tunnel test execution, including occasional travel
* Management of tools and inventory stock, support of outsourced component quality assurance, and contribution to in-house model fabrication and external wind tunnel testing
Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering
or
* Practical training as Electrical and Electronics Technician or Precision Mechanics with a background in Electronics
* Professional experience in the application of measurement technology typically used in the wind tunnel test environment
* Hands-on attitude in the Aerodynamics Laboratory and during wind tunnel tests as well as experience in model handling
* Very good knowledge of using MS-Office
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel (3x per year)
