Within the Quality and Environmental Management of the Hospital Care division, we are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) Business-to-Business for our Melsungen location as soon as possible, limited to the duration of two years.
The Business-to-Business Quality Management department is the global contact for industrial customer business with large multinational pharmaceutical manufacturers, as well as the BioTech and MedTech industries. The team ensures that the B. Braun Quality Management System can meet all customer requirements and supports complex, interdisciplinary Business-to-Business projects for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
In your role, you cooperate both with B. Braun locations and with our industrial customers.
Tasks:
* You plan, describe, and implement quality processes.
* You independently conduct quality negotiations with the industrial customers' experts, implement the results, and monitor their compliance.
* You review, coordinate, and manage audit requests from industrial customers and support on-site audits.
* You procure and coordinate quality information from audits, qualifications, and inspections and evaluate them.
* You also monitor and evaluate customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.
* You participate in the implementation of change control processes in the Hospital Care division and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) resulting from industrial customer audits.
* You support the departments of Customer Service, Account Management, and Project Management and work in interdisciplinary global projects.
Professional Qualifications:
* You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in natural or engineering sciences, such as pharmaceutical technology or chemistry.
* You can demonstrate at least initial professional experience in quality management, ideally in cooperation with external customers.
* You have knowledge of standards and requirements for medical devices and pharmaceuticals (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, CFR), deeper knowledge of regulatory requirements of the EU, MDR, as well as country requirements for China, USA, and Japan are desirable.
* You have experience in contract negotiations as well as in project management.
* A good technical understanding and experience with SAP R/3 are desirable.
* Your profile is completed by very good MS Office and secure English skills.
