As a German-speaking Account Strategist, you’ll combine your marketing expertise and client management skills to design impactful Google Ads campaigns, strengthen customer relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities in a dynamic, tech-driven market. What you’ll do: Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, building strong relationships and driving product adoption. Develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long-term performance. Upsell and optimize client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement. Analyze market trends, customer objectives, and competitor activity to adapt strategies. Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR). What we’re looking for: German C2 English B2 - C1 Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally with client-facing roles. Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances. Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred). Proactive, target-driven, and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships. What’s in it for you: Full-time hybrid role in Barcelona (39 hrs/week).
