Your tasks
6. Prepare sales forecasts and lead monthly demand meetings with stakeholders, plan and execute special promotions with Marketing/Product Managers
7. Ensure effective material flow in the supply network, process customer returns, credit, and debit notes, handle customer inbound inquiries on demand
8. Create and process deviations (root cause, CAPA management) and participate in inspections and audits
9. M onitor deliveries and ensure effective material flow, continuously monitor stock coverage and expiration dates, a analyze product portfolio for optimization potential (life cycle management)
10. Maintain, improve, and develop KPIs and KPI dashboards
11. Support and coordinate packaging changes with Master Planning and Regulatory
12. Drive/assist the development of new processes, ensure compliance with local and global requirements
Your profile
13. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics
14. Good understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements
15. Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
16. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
17. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and act on data
18. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English; German knowledge is nice to have
19. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
20. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
21. Working time model: 37.5 h/week
