Core Responsibilities: The Architect
* Agentic Development Pipeline: You will not spend your time writing manual lines of code. Your job is to design and oversee an infrastructure where dozens of specialized AI agents (Frontend, Security, DevOps, AI, Documentation) work in parallel to build and scale the product.
* Zero-Hallucination Determinism: You will architect a semantic network and strict RAG pipelines that map legal systems into mathematical logic. In bureaucracy, "maybe" is a failure; you ensure accuracy.
* Security & Compliance First: You will treat security as a 360-degree automated process. Every line of AI-generated code must be audited by AI security agents in real-time to ensure SOC2 readiness and PII protection.
* Technical Leadership & Talent Magnet: You are a leader first. You will be the technical face of Burokrat for Tier-1 investors and responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing world-class talent to join our "AI-first" culture.
Your Toolkit & Mindset
* Extensive Claude Code Experience: You are a power user of Claude Code, agentic coding pipelines, and the latest AI-driven development workflows.
* Architectural Agnosticism: You are not married to a specific stack. Whether it's Python, Go, or a modern monolithic approach, you know how to choose the best tool for scalability and security without setting unnecessary constraints.
* Knowledge & Graph Systems: Deep understanding of mapping complex relations. Experience with Graph DB concepts (e.g., Neo4j, AWS Neptune) and Vector Databases is essential for modeling legal logic.
* Psychopathic Quality Assurance: You will establish an AI-based testing infrastructure aiming for 100% test coverage through automated unit and integration tests.
* Security & Compliance Master: Knowledge of SOC2 compatibility, data sovereignty, and encryption-at-rest/transit is a baseline requirement for our CTO.
