To monitor the complete schedule for the aircraft or activity and ensure that the team to be working on it correctly accounts for each stage of the process.
To ensure the availability and quality of parts or sub-assemblies, documentation, production orders, as well as the availability of resources.
To manage the handling of obstacles with all teams and to ensure implementation of curative, corrective, and preventive actions.
To communicate directly with the customer on the progress status of his or her activity.
To determine the required resources and skills, and to ensure their availability and qualification.
To be able to commit, meet deadlines, and alert management in the event of a lack of resources.
To manage the handling of anomalies through support functions and analyses the corrective actions on the product.
To communicate with teams and establish remedial, corrective, and preventive actions together with the Activity Quality Manager and the HSE Engineer.
Degree in Production Engineering and/or 3 to 5 years' experience in team and production management.
Technical experience in aerospace electrical wiring and strong leadership skills prooven in previous career.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of English.
German is highly recommendable
