Purpose
This is a key in-house strategy position for an organized, passionate and goal-oriented future leader who understands what projects have in common, and their strategic role in how organizations succeed, learn and change.
* Drive major change initiatives across functions
* Manage (senior) stakeholder’s relationship and secure buy-ins to project deliverables
* Coach and groom future junior talents
* Furthering project management capabilities and knowledge management of the team
* Uphold and enhance the brand of Strategy & Programs with (senior) stakeholders
Key Accountabilities
* Lead overall program, project and work streams deliverables (e.g. project planning, milestones execution and monitoring) in alignment with strategic direction
* Identify business opportunities through development of new capabilities, and align and balance cross-divisions’ interest
* Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management
* Lead interpretation of program, project results and translate into insights to steer the project successfully
* Effectively deploy project management toolkit across work streams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables
* Coach and Manage activities of (assistant) project managers and business analysts
* Manage [Product/Fulfilment] Strategy & Programs departmental activities (e.g. knowledge sharing and employer branding)

Qualifications
1. Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience in MNC environment (e.g. top tier consulting, project management, apparel/fashion, or supply chain management, background)
2. Within which 1-2 years of relevant project leadership, team management experiences
3. University degree, PMP and lean sigma certification preferred
