What you’ll do
* Full ownership of customer engagements: scope, delivery, quality, and outcome
* Design of benchmark concepts, methodologies, and project setups
* Creation of proposals including scope, effort, and commercial structure
* End-to-end responsibility for in-time, in-budget, in-quality delivery
* Steering of engineers, data teams, and external execution partners
* Quality assurance across data, analytics, and reporting
* Translation of technical results into management-ready insights
* Relationship management with senior client stakeholders (CTO, Network, Engineering)
* Business follow-up: renewals, next cycles, and expansion opportunities
