We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator (m/f/d) to join our team in Großbeeren. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative environment focused on quality, safety and operational excellence.
Responsibility:
1. Follow labelling and assembly instructions according to regulatory and GMP requirements as per AM-WHV.
2. Complete assembly documentation in line with company requirements and external regulations.
3. Maintain the cleanliness of the packing rooms.
4. Maintain equipment used for packing operations, as required.
5. Picking of shipment orders in the warehouse as required.
6. Comply with the companies Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a production, packaging, or warehouse environment preferred – ideally in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical/medical device industry
8. Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), hygiene standards and regulatory compliance
9. Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately
10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
11. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
12. Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude
13. Basic computer skills (for documentation and internal systems), experience with ERP would be considered a plus
14. Good command of English and German (spoken and written)
