We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator (m/f/d) to join our team in Großbeeren. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative environment focused on quality, safety and operational excellence.
Responsibility:
* Follow labelling and assembly instructions according to regulatory and GMP requirements as per AM-WHV.
* Complete assembly documentation in line with company requirements and external regulations.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the packing rooms.
* Maintain equipment used for packing operations, as required.
* Picking of shipment orders in the warehouse as required.
* Comply with the companies Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a production, packaging, or warehouse environment preferred – ideally in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical/medical device industry
* Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), hygiene standards and regulatory compliance
* Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
* Team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Basic computer skills (for documentation and internal systems), experience with ERP would be considered a plus
* Good command of English and German (spoken and written)
