Your Role: Life Science Account Manager (d/f/m)
As our Account Manager, you will own, manage, and grow our microscopy business in the Hannover, Göttingen, Kassel area. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining existing accounts and identifying new customers to achieve growth targets.
* Developing strategies for winning new business through advanced geographic key account planning and networking.
* Coordinating with our team of Advanced Workflow Specialists, Product Sales Specialists, Marketing colleagues, and Channel Partners to ensure optimal customer engagement.
* Managing opportunities and the sales funnel proactively to produce accurate forecasts for business planning.
* Being customer-facing and proactive, with an expectation to be on-site with customers three days a week.
* Regularly reporting on the sales funnel and other key metrics.
This position reports to the responsible sales manager and is part of the Central Europe Sales Team. Plus, it’s fully remote to cover your sales region!

Essential Requirements:
* A degree in Life Sciences.
* Proven sales experience in a relevant industry, with a preference for exposure to microscopy, spatial biology, and/or proteomics.
* Hands-on operational sales capabilities with a strategic mindset to define and execute mid-term strategies.
* Strong communication skills and sound business acumen, driven to exceed targets and achieve goals.
Travel & Physical Requirements:
* Willingness to travel approximately 40% within your territory.
* A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
