What you'll do Develop the design of laboratory research equipment. Ideate, sketch, and prototype new product developments in collaboration with the lead designer. Analyze, diagnose and implement improvements in our products' usability. Assist with prototyping and testing of new designs. Qualifications Strong 3D CAD modeling and technical drawings skills (Solidworks, Rhinocceros or similar). Experience with prototyping and hands-on fabrication. Passion for design and a desire to learn and grow. You are a student at a top university, you hold a Bachelor's or you are pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering (Mechanical, Material, Production). You have an eye for detail paired with a strong sense for contemporary aesthetics, that becomes apparent in your portfolio of work samples. Experience and/or interest in UX/UI design. You are diligent, well-organized and fully committed to the project, team player, ready to join a small team in a young company and grow together with us. You are at ease in written and oral communication in English, German is a plus. You are a self-starter, a fast learner, and share our hands-on mentality.
