Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to own and shape a strategic product domain with significant business impact. In this role, you define long-term direction, manage multi‑quarter priorities, and ensure product investments are closely aligned with company strategy. You operate with high autonomy and strong product judgment, bringing clarity to ambiguity and aligning cross‑functional teams around outcome‑focused execution.
This role carries a strategic scope equivalent to management level with regular communication with our senior leadership, centered on product leadership and domain ownership — without direct people management responsibility.
This position can be filled on‑site, hybrid, or full‑remote within Germany or specific European countries where we are registered. Your work location will be agreed upon in advance and forms the basis of your employment contract.
These are your tasks
* Owning Strategic Direction: You define and shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product domain in alignment with overarching company goals.
* Driving Discovery & Opportunity Assessment: You lead domain‑level discovery initiatives, conduct advanced opportunity sizing, and translate insights into outcome‑focused product initiatives.
* Aligning Teams Around Priorities: You align Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Leadership around clear priorities and ensure technical execution supports strategic objectives.
* Outcome‑Driven Execution: You define measurable success criteria and connect product initiatives directly to business KPIs, tracking adoption, usage, and qualitative feedback after launch.
* Structured Product Communication: You write structured product requirements, problem statements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity across stakeholders.
* Data‑Driven Iteration: You monitor product performance, review outcomes, and continuously iterate based on evidence and user feedback.
* Strategic Risk Management: You proactively identify and mitigate technical, commercial, delivery, and legal risks within your domain.
* External Representation & Enablement: You represent the product externally with customers, partners, and at events, while supporting enablement efforts for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
* Coaching & Thought Leadership: You coach other Product Managers through structured feedback and strategic thinking, strengthening overall product excellence within the organization.
This is what you’ll bring to the table
* With 5+ years of experience in product management, you have taken on increasing scope and strategic responsibility over time.
* Ownership of a product domain or major product line with measurable business impact is part of your track record.
* A strong product mindset — user‑first, value‑driven, and outcome‑focused — defines how you approach decision‑making.
* Advanced discovery methods and structured opportunity assessment are tools you confidently apply to evaluate strategic initiatives.
* Experience in opportunity sizing, business case development, and portfolio‑level prioritization enables you to make decisions under constraints.
* Data informs your judgment: you synthesize quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to drive well‑grounded decisions.
* Strategic roadmap development and portfolio thinking come naturally in complex, evolving environments.
* Risk management across technical and commercial dimensions is something you handle proactively and pragmatically.
* Executive‑level communication clarity allows you to align senior stakeholders and influence without formal authority.
* High ownership, accountability, and strong product conviction — grounded in evidence — characterize your leadership style.
* Comfort with ambiguity, shifting contexts, and early‑stage product challenges enable you to build clarity where it is needed most.
* Familiarity with SaaS, platform, e‑commerce, or ecosystem‑driven environments is preferred.
* Excellent English and German communication skills are required.
* Occasional travel is required for workshops, events and fairs or customer meetings.
This is what we offer you
* Company Culture: Open culture with flat hierarchies, where individual initiative is encouraged.
* Employment Contracts: Permanent positions that offer long‑term security.
* Flexibility: Flexible working hours and options for mobile work and full‑remote contracts.
* Equipment: Freedom to choose your preferred work hardware.
* Onboarding: Well‑structured onboarding with support from a personal "buddy."
* Work Environment: An inspiring environment with dedicated colleagues and a dynamic community.
* Development Opportunities: Diverse opportunities for personal growth and development.
* Additional Benefits: Attractive perks such as company pension plans, health programs, and regular team events.
* and much more!
