You develop and execute category strategies by supporting Category Buyers and Managers with supply analyses, negotiations, long-term contracts, and a strong understanding of industry trends, cost drivers, and manufacturing processes. You apply the Strategic Sourcing process to test market pricing and establish best-cost contracts based on total cost of ownership. You establish supplier development processes, coordinate on-site assessments and certification audits, and drive continuous improvement activities that reduce overall costs.
