Description Position Summary: Product Strategy & Road Mapping Develop and maintain the product roadmap for sim racing peripherals (e.g., wheels, pedals, bases, accessories). Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive positioning to inform product strategy. Product Development Collaborate with engineering, industrial design, firmware, and software teams to define product requirements. Drive product development from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and timeline goals. Conduct product validation, user testing, and iteration in collaboration with QA and racing community partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to plan product launches and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with external partners (OEMs, esports leagues, influencers) for co-branded or exclusive products. Customer & Market Insight Serve as the voice of the customer by engaging with the sim racing community, attending events, and collecting user feedback. Monitor product performance post-launch and identify opportunities for enhancements or new features. Documentation & Communication Create and maintain product documentation including specifications, give valuable feedback for the creation of user manuals, and training materials. Deliver clear communication of product vision and status to stakeholders across the organization. Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 3 years of product management experience, preferably in hardware, gaming, or motor sports technology. Deep understanding of the sim racing ecosystem, platforms, and user personas. Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Passion for motorsports, esports, and sim racing technologies. Basic knowledge of hardware design, electronics, or firmware integration. Familiarity with racing titles like iRacing, ACC, GT7, etc. Fluency in English; German or other languages a plus.
