As a Senior Product Manager in our team, you will drive many high-impact projects, align them across our global and regional product teams and benchmark their successful execution. This role is not directly assigned to a cross-functional team, but rather coordinating larger strategic topics with stakeholders globally.
1. You will be a product manager working on strategic topics on a global scale, not assigned to a traditional scrum team, but rather coordinating and influencing product decisions and projects across multiple local teams
2. You will recommend, and execute insightful reports, org goal setting and scorecards across Delivery Hero markets and platforms as well as competition that then guide business and strategic decisions
3. You will own and manage an overview of specific product features across the organisation, working with other Product Managers to consolidate learnings, drive developments and craft recommendations
4. Be the subject matter expert on your domain, constantly on the lookout for new trends and market insights
5. Work as a liaison to facilitate problem solving and knowledge transfer across the product organization and other stakeholders globally
6. Handle and structure requests coming from various stakeholders to prioritize and drive execution across the different elements of the team
Qualifications

8. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition in on-demand delivery.
9. Data Analysis: Gather and interpret data-driven insights to support decision-making and product improvements.
10. Communication: Collaborate effectively with global teams, present findings, and influence stakeholders.
11. Project Management: Manage high-impact projects, align teams, and ensure successful execution within deadlines.
12. Innovation: Propose and develop new solutions to differentiate products in the market.
13. Problem Solving: Address complex challenges with effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
14. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
15. Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities, propose improvements, and take ownership of initiatives.
16. Results Oriented: You are able to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work with the development team to get solutions shipped
17. 5+ years of product experience in previous role
18. Nice to have: Previous Consultancy experience
