Senior Human Resources Manager Position

About the Job
You will work closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, champion HR processes, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with line management to provide strategic HR guidance.
* Conduct regular meetings with business units to address needs and challenges.
* Resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations.
* Provide day-to-day performance management support to leadership.
* Partner with Talent Development to gather insights and support workforce growth.
* Foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
* Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and interpreted.
* Consult with internal legal counsel on sensitive personnel matters.
* Develop employment terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
* Align HR practices with the company's Talent & Reward policies.
* Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and business restructuring.
* Identify and address training and development needs within the organization.
