Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Germany. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring precision, efficiency, and superior quality in the production of complex components using advanced CNC routing and 4–5 axis milling technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC routers and 4–5 axis milling machines with high precision and consistency
2. Perform machine setup, calibration, and tooling adjustments to ensure optimal performance
3. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications accurately
4. Monitor machining operations in real time to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality
5. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
6. Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and standard operating procedures
7. Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure machine reliability and minimize downtime
Salary: 2600 Euro/ 2,79,297 INR Per Month
Requirements
8. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC routing or CNC milling operations.
9. Proven experience in setting up and operating 4–5 axis CNC milling machines.
10. Below 40 years
11. Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining specifications.
12. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (, calipers, micrometers).
13. German language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
14. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with high accountability.
15. Minimum two-year educational certificate from a recognized institution.
