Job Description: About Merkle
You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from handling leads received from colleagues to the offer process and closing contracts.
You will advise and conduct negotiations to conclusion, supported by presales or subject matter experts from relevant business units, working closely with our technology partners.
You will create customer offers and management presentations, including coordinating and integrating content from various supply parties.
You will implement monitoring and success control based on defined KPIs for customer acquisition measures.
Qualifications:
* Completed studies focusing on marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of relevant professional experience, including at least two to three years in selling complex consulting and/or software solutions
* Networking skills with a convincing and personable demeanor when dealing with customers
* Proven success in implementing complex sales projects, negotiation, and a high degree of customer orientation
* Proficiency in German and English
