Your tasks
8. You will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing development projects for new functional coatings and surface finishes - both for existing and new medical devices
9. You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams as well as internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration
10. You create and monitor project plans, budgets, resources and schedules to ensure the success of the project
11. You are responsible for risk management and quality assurance throughout the entire course of the project
12. You actively drive the continuous optimization of project management processes and tools
13. You will support the further development of our project portfolio and strategic topics
Your profile
14. You have a degree in natural sciences, biomedical engineering or a comparable qualification
15. You have at least five years of professional experience in project management- ideally with a certification (e.g. PMI, IPMA)
16. Ideally, you have initial experience with regulatory requirements for medical devices - especially with regard to FDA regulations
17. You are characterized by strong leadership and communication skills as well as assertiveness
18. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and are happy to take on responsibility
