Description and Requirements
Would you like to develop and drive our category strategy & product selection? Can you optimize pricing to identify growth opportunities and maximize profitability across our server, storage and solutions product lines?
Your responsibilities:
1. Product expert on the ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) product portfolio and market specifics for the DACH territory
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape
3. Create, own and communicate the quarterly plan with product selections, pricing strategy, promotional and campaign roadmaps
4. Identify top-selling configurations for servers, storage and solutions in the markets
5. Constantly monitor results and drive corrective actions if needed
6. Strong alignment with territory /market leadership on priorities and focus areas across all customer segments
7. Collaboration with the sales teams and enabling them with all category tools and levers, including market intelligence
8. Align with marketing on efficient marketing campaigns and ensure good marketing presence to through distribution
9. Prepare an accurate portfolio forecast and transition planning, and provide the forecast to the EMEA category to ensure seamless supply
10. Provide feedback to EMEA category managers on market specifics and articulate needs
Position Requirements:
11. 2-3 years of product and/or business management experience with ideally technology products (not a must). This role is also suitable for a fresh graduate with relevant internship experience
12. Fast learner and positive attitude towards change
13. Analytical skills, financial acumen and P&L understanding
14. Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills, ability to build alliances
15. Problem-solving mindset
16. Professional fluency in German and English
